Often find yourself tired? Wake up groggily hating your alarm? Or feel exhausted but are still not able to sleep? Work out hard, eat great food but still lack energy? You need piping hot coffee but someone you know just can’t tolerate anything hot (or vice versa)? You hear some people claim that you need 8 glasses of water a day while some advice against it, and you are confused about what to follow! Should you eat by the clock? When should you sleep? Ever wonder why you are the way you are with all your specific traits? Ever wonder if you could understand your body better? You aspire to have better health but do not know how?
This workshop will answer all these questions and guide you towards your first step to better health. Understanding your body is essentially innate and even if long forgotten, it can be revoked. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, which has withstood the test of time, has secrets to health which are now getting eroded. This workshop will acquaint you with some of these secrets about your body and healthy living.

The purpose of this workshop:

▫️Learn how your choice of food and lifestyle affects you
▫️Understand how you can make the corrections
▫️Learn to tailor your diet and routine
▫️Understand what habits to undertake for achieving health
▫️Understand what is stress, different types and how to overcome it
The module for this workshop includes:
▫️The body through the lens of Ayurveda (Doshas, Tissues, Agni, Body wastes)
▫️What is 'Health' is and what is 'Disease'
▫️Food, Digestion and How to find the right diet for YOU
▫️An Ayurvedic day (Daily and Seasonal regimen) and the right lifestyle for YOU
▫️Understanding Mind (Manas)
▫️The right Yoga practices for YOU
▫️The drops that form the ocean of disease (How to identify and prevent them)
After the workshop there will be a one on one session with Dr (Ayu) Sathyavathi S to help you understand the application of everything you learnt during the session and customise it for YOU
Video recordings of the sessions will be available on the website for viewing later. You will also receive notes for further reading.
